Program Overview

This package includes the required 30 Hour Online Driver Education Course that has been approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Your purchase includes your official Certificate of Completion (Form DL 400C) which is required for teens to take the written permit test.

This package also includes the required 6 hours of Behind-The-Wheel instruction with a DMV licensed instructor. This is the minimum requirement for teens to obtain a license. We provide free pick up and drop off at home, school, or work for all lessons. Each lesson will be completed in our DMV inspected and approved vehicles that are fully insured and equipped with a brake on the passenger’s side. Your purchase includes your official Certificate of Completion (Form DL 400D) which is required for teens to take the Behind-The-Wheel license test. No exchanges and/or refunds after payment has been received.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old to begin Online Driver’s Ed (Recommended)
• Must be at least 15 1/2 years old to obtain permit

Behind The Wheel Requirement For Teens

The DMV WILL NOT issue a CA Drivers license beginning at age 16 unless you have completed your 6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel training and obtained your completion certificate from a DMV accredited licensed school.

DO NOT WAIT until last minute to enroll in the 6-hour Behind-the-Wheel program. California law states that to legally drive as a minor, you must validate your permit by completing a 2-hour lesson with a CA DMV certified instructor who will sign your permit.

You CANNOT legally drive until your permit is validated.
